CNSnap Parcel Handling & Liability Guidelines

1. Parcel Returns

  • Domestic Security Issues: If a parcel is returned due to failed domestic security checks, CNSnap will confirm with you and resend it free of charge.
  • International Returns: If returned after being sent abroad (e.g., due to failed international security, unclaimed, unknown address, or delivery attempts), you are responsible for redelivery fees.
  • Customs Clearance Failures: Foreign customs may randomly inspect parcels and request invoices/proof for special items. If the receiver’s address is unclear or contact is lost, leading to return/destruction, the receiver bears all customs fees.

2. Goods Confiscation

  • CNSnap verifies product materials and categories but cannot鉴定 genuine/fake/imitation brands or intellectual property issues.
  • Prohibited Purchases: CNSnap does not assist with foreign brands, imitations, or “A-grade” goods, nor is it liable for customs clearance of such items.
  • Liability: You assume full responsibility if items are confiscated for being counterfeit, imitation, or sensitive goods.
  • Note: Exercise caution when selecting shipping methods for such items.

3. Sign-Off Instructions

  • Pre-Sign Inspection: Check outer packaging integrity, seal intactness, and weight for discrepancies before signing.
  • Damaged Parcels: Inspect in the courier’s presence; note damages on the receipt or reject delivery if severe.
  • Post-Delivery Claims: For uninspected damaged parcels, preserve the original packaging and provide invoices/photos to CNSnap within 2 working days of delivery for compensation negotiations with local postal services.
  • Finality of Sign-Off: Normal sign-off concludes the shipping process; CNSnap assumes no liability afterward.
  • Feedback Window: Report issues to customer service within 72 hours of sign-off (no support after this period).

4. Exemption Clauses

CNSnap is not liable for:

  1. Fragile Goods: Only loss (not damage) is claimable, regardless of packaging upgrades.
  2. Dangerous/Contraband Items: e.g., compressed gases, flammables, corrosives, or country-specific contraband.
  3. Natural Loss/Market Fluctuations: Damage from inherent product defects, decay, or price changes.
  4. Force Majeure: Loss/damage due to natural disasters (e.g., storms, earthquakes).
  5. Uncontrollable Delays/Expiry: Product expiration, warranty loss, or delays from weather/customs issues.
  6. Non-Cooperation with Customs: Failed delivery timelines due to refusal to pay tariffs or assist with clearance (you bear all losses).

These guidelines ensure clarity on responsibilities during international shipping with CNSnap.
