A. Standard Inspection Rules for Shopping Agent Orders

1. Standard Inspection & Photo Service

CNSnap screens for prohibited goods, verifies item details (style, quantity, color, size, model), and checks for damage/defects. Three standard photos are provided, and items are repackaged in original packaging (may not be fully restored).

  • With Unpacking:
    If “Unpack for inspection/photo” is selected, non-sealed packaging is opened to verify details and check for major defects (e.g., stains, scratches ≥0.5cm for circular defects or ≥1cm for other shapes).

  • Without Unpacking:
    Only external packaging is verified/photographed. CNSnap cannot confirm internal condition, and risks are assumed by the user.

2. Special Inspection Notes
  • Special Orders (e.g., RMB 1 deals, mystery bags, invalid links): Only severe damage/stains are checked due to limited product info.
  • Sealed Products: Packaging is not opened (e.g., sealed electronics, non-apparel items). Only external damage and packaging info are verified.
  • Electronics/Digital Items: Standard inspection excludes authenticity/functionality checks. Devices are not powered on. For power testing, purchase the “3C/Appliance Power Inspection” add-on.
  • Exclusions: Seller-declared defects, subjective quality issues, usage effects (e.g., color/size discrepancies), and minor logo flaws.
  • Intimate Apparel: Unpacked by default if “Unpack” is selected; choose “Do Not Unpack” to opt out.
  • Free Gifts: Verified only if explicitly stated on the product page.
3. 1688 Platform Orders
  • Class A Products: Sampling inspections (not full checks) if standard inspection is selected.
  • Class B Products: No default inspection; add sampling via remarks for a fee.

4. Special Packaging Standards

Certain products require unaltered packaging for return/exchange eligibility:

B. Standard Inspection Rules for Forwarding Orders

1. Parcel Acceptance & Processing
  • Receiving Inspection: Severely damaged packages are refused/returned.
  • Warehouse Steps:
    • Open parcels to check for prohibited items.
    • Conduct inspection/photos/weighing if “Standard Inspection” is selected.
  • Non-Compliant Items: Notified via order details; users negotiate returns with sellers.
2. Non-1688 Forwarding Inspection
  • Default Handling: Original packaging is stored unopened (no verification/photos). Select “Standard Inspection” to unpack and verify details.

  • Inspection Options:

    • With Unpacking: Verify style/quantity/color/size/model and check for defects (≥0.5cm circular, ≥1cm other shapes). 3 photos provided.
    • Without Unpacking: Only external packaging is inspected; user assumes internal risk.
  • Key Notes:
