Mail Restrictions
CNSnap Logistics & Shipping FAQs
1. What does the “prohibited” icon mean when submitting a package?
International logistics imposes strict restrictions on item categories. If your items in “My Warehouse” include mail-restricted goods, a “prohibited” icon will mark them.
- Note: Contact CNSnap’s online customer service to check if restrictions can be lifted with the logistics provider, but you assume all associated risks.
2. Why can’t I submit warehouse items for delivery together?
If any item in your warehouse is mail-restricted, other items in the same delivery order may also be restricted.
3. Are there limits for mixing small volumes of liquids/medicines with other goods?
Such items should not exceed 10% of the total parcel content.
4. Why do some items need separate shipping?
To ensure proper packaging and reduce volumetric weight, items with a single side length ≥70CM require individual packing.

5. What are the benefits of combined delivery?
CNSnap’s parcel consolidation offers premium packaging and significant shipping cost savings.
- Example (EMS Standard Express to Singapore):
- Rates: ¥115 (first 500g) + ¥33/500g (additional weight) + ¥8 (customs clearance fee).
- 3 parcels separately (700g, 1,100g, 1,600g):
Total = (¥115+¥33+¥8) + (¥115+¥33×2+¥8) + (¥115+¥33×3+¥8) = ¥568. - Consolidated into one parcel (3,400g):
Total = ¥115 + ¥33×6 + ¥8 = ¥321. - Savings: ¥247 (¥568 – ¥321).
6. What are the restrictions for prohibited goods, liquids, paste, food, DVDs, and medicines?
- Prohibited Items: Cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, and illegal products (per customs regulations).
- Restricted Items (liquids, creams, food, DVDs):
- Require non-hazardous goods certification for air transport.
- Recommend small-quantity shipping with regular items (e.g., clothing).
- Example: Cosmetics ≤100ml per item and ≤200ml per parcel.
- Disclaimer: CNSnap is not liable for customs confiscation; guidance is based on shipping experience.
