
CNSnap Shopping Agent & Parcel Order Status Definitions
I. Shopping Agent Order Status
- Payment Pending: Order generated; payment required within 72 hours.
- Unprocessed: Order has been paid.
- Order Pending: Submitted and awaiting verification by CNSnap agents.
- Order Processing: Assigned to a shopping agent and ready to purchase from the seller.
- Purchased: Product bought by the agent; awaiting delivery to CNSnap.
- Shipped (Local): Seller has dispatched items to CNSnap’s warehouse.
- Delivered: Order arrived at CNSnap; pending inspection.
- Stock Arrived: Inspection and weighing completed; awaiting warehouse storage.
- Stored in Warehouse: Items stored and eligible for international shipping within the free storage period.
- Clear Balance: Actual cost exceeds initial payment; pay the difference to proceed.
- Invalid: Order rejected due to mismatched details, missing product info, or prohibited/virtual items.
- Order Withdrawn: Cancelled (buyer request, customs restrictions, etc.); refund issued to CNSnap account.
- Refunding: Refund initiated (buyer request or seller stockout); awaiting seller’s refund.
- Returning: Items sent back to seller with consent; awaiting seller’s refund.
- Returned: Return/refund completed; funds credited to CNSnap account.
- Exchanging: Processing exchange after seller consultation.
- Separated to Ship: Order items shipped by seller in multiple parcels; awaiting remaining items.
- Confirmation Pending: Agent requires additional information from the buyer.
- Expired: Storage period lapsed or item abandoned; CNSnap assumes ownership.
- International Delivery Fee Pending: Parcel submitted; payment required.
- Processing: International shipping fee paid; awaiting warehouse dispatch.
- Shipped (International): Item dispatched internationally.
- Completed: Item delivered to the buyer.
II. Submitted Parcel Order Status
- Unpaid: Parcel submitted; payment due within 10 days.
- Verifying: Submitted parcel awaiting confirmation.
- Verified: Parcel confirmed and即将出库 (to leave the warehouse soon).
- Leaving the Warehouse: Items being sorted for dispatch.
- Packaging: Items have left the warehouse and are being packed.
- Packaging Completed: Parcel ready for courier pickup.
- Shipped: Courier has collected the parcel.
- Order Return: Parcel cancelled due to invalid recipient info or prohibited items.
- Domestic Return: Parcel returned to CNSnap warehouse after failing Chinese customs security checks.
- Overseas Return: Parcel returned from abroad due to customs issues or delivery problems.
- Confirmed Receipt: Buyer has acknowledged delivery.
