CNSnap Help Center: Storage Policy & Service Overview
1. Core Services
- Customer Support: 9/7 online assistance (09:00–18:00, Beijing Time) and exclusive CEO email support.
- Issue Resolution: Provide order numbers or usernames for efficient problem-solving. Emails are replied to within 2 working days (check junk mail folders). Direct CEO contact via BBS is also available.
2. Free Storage Period

Standard Storage:
- Free Period: 90 days (calculated from when items are marked “stored in warehouse”).
- Extended Storage Fees: After 90 days, a fee of CN¥0.1 per item per day applies.
- Reminders: A notification will be sent if no delivery order is submitted within 150 days.
- Abandonment Policy: Items unclaimed after 180 days are deemed abandoned, and CNSnap retains ownership.

Unusual Parcels (e.g., signed for but not linked to an order or missing logistics info):
- Storage Period: 60 days (calculated from warehouse sign-in).
- No Reminders: Unable to notify users due to unmatched orders.
- Abandonment: Automatically deemed abandoned after 60 days, with CNSnap retaining ownership.

- Shopping Agent Service: User guides, terms (Chinese/English), flash sales, FAQs.
- Forwarding Service: User guides, service agreements, forwarding FAQs.
