CNSnap Service Agreement

1. Service Terms Confirmation and Acceptance

Registered users’ ownership and operation right are owned by DOT TECHNOLOGY HONG KONG LIMITED. The services provided must be in accordance with its published service agreement, service terms, and operating rules strictly enforced. Users and “CNSnap” have reached an agreement and accepted all of its terms of service.

2. Provision of Service Information

CNSnap provides global users with international shopping agent services via the internet using its own information and service platform. Receiver information provided by users must be detailed, accurate, truthful, and valid, matching the user’s personal email address. If information changes, updated details must be submitted to CNSnap customer service. Inaccurate, untruthful, or invalid information may result in service unavailability, and the platform reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the user’s service.

3. Users’ Information Protection Rules

Respecting user privacy is a foundational rule of CNSnap. We will not publish, modify, or share users’ personal information with third parties and will store it in CNSnap’s registered user service files. Information may only be shared with third parties if legally required or with user consent.

4. Service Terms Rights

CNSnap reserves the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notification to users, and shall not be liable to users or third parties for such changes.

5. Users’ Account/Password Security Maintenance

Upon registration, users receive a member account with a username (account number). CNSnap may modify usernames containing illegal or sensitive words. Users are fully responsible for all activities under their account/password and must keep credentials secure and not share them with third parties. Compromised passwords should be changed immediately via “Me” > “Profile Information” or by contacting customer service to transfer balances to a new account.

6. Users Management

Users are solely responsible for posted information and must comply with local, state, and international laws. Prohibited activities include:

• Publishing content violating UK regulations.
• Engaging in illegal activities via the platform.
• Interfering with network services.
• Violating platform agreements or procedures.
  CNSnap may record and report illegal content (e.g., reactionary, pornographic material) to authorities and delete such content without notice.

7. Limited Liability

CNSnap reserves the right to pursue compensation for reputational damage caused by illegal use of services or harm to its image/reputation.

8. Refusal to Provide Guarantees

Users agree to assume all risks associated with service usage. CNSnap explicitly disclaims all guarantees (express or implied). Users are responsible for system damage, information loss, or risks arising from reliance on platform information.

9. CNSnap Registered Users Services Information Storage and Restrictions

While no upload limits are set, CNSnap may terminate accounts violating service terms. All site content is copyrighted by CNSnap; reprinting requires authorization to avoid infringement.

10. Exclusion Clause

• Product Information: Efforts are made to match online descriptions with actual products, but lighting, color calibration, and device differences may cause variations (especially in color). Actual products shall prevail.
• Service Timelines: Shopping agent services typically take 6–15 working days (depending on shipping method), but this is not a guarantee. Delays due to stock issues, price changes, shipping problems, or force majeure will be communicated to users, with CNSnap assuming no liability for resulting losses.
• After-Sales Services: Claims for missing, damaged, or flawed items must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery (see Help Center for details); late requests will be rejected.
• Unsuccessful Delivery: CNSnap is not liable for delivery failures caused by user errors.
• Agent Restrictions: Users cannot apply seller discounts; only CNSnap’s official promotions apply. Prohibited items include counterfeits, prescription drugs, tobacco, lottery tickets, pornographic materials, weapons, and controlled substances. CNSnap updates prohibited lists per country regulations and reserves final interpretation rights.
