
CNSnap Novice Guide: How to Purchase
Method 1: Purchase via Product Link
- Find the product on Taobao, Tmall, or JD.com, copy its link, and paste it into CNSnap’s search bar (or use a link shared by a friend).
- CNSnap can capture details for 99% of products on these platforms. Directly select color, size, and quantity, then click “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now.”
Method 2: Search via Product Name
- Enter the product name in CNSnap’s search bar and choose from recommended products from Taobao, Tmall, or JD.com.
- If the “Fill in a Shopping Agent Order” page appears, manually input order details, then click “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now.”
Step 1: Payment
- Choose a payment method and pay for the item + Chinese local delivery fee.
TIPS: Multiple currencies supported. Payment options include Credit Cards, WeChat, Alipay, Chinese Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, and Bitcoin.
Step 2: Submit Order
- Enter the destination country and any special remarks.
- Select value-added services if needed, then review and submit the order.
- TIPS: CNSnap’s shopping agents will contact sellers to purchase your items. Use “Order Enquiry” to communicate with agents; they will reach out via email/message if details need confirmation.
Step 3: Inspection & Storage
- Quality inspections and warehouse storage will be completed. View items in “My CNSnap” – “Warehouse.”
TIPS: Free 90-day storage. Consolidate items to save on shipping fees. Products from 1688 follow different quality control standards (see CNSnap’s Shopping Agent User Manual).
How to Submit Parcel for Delivery
Step 6: Submit for Delivery
- Go to “My Warehouse,” select items, and submit for delivery.
- Fill in delivery details and choose a recommended shipping method.
TIPS: Additional services (e.g., package removal, reinforcement, insurance) can be requested via remarks.
Step 7: Pay International Shipping Deposit
- Pay the deposit for international shipping and customs fees.
TIPS: Deposit is based on estimated weight, shipping method, and destination. Final fees are calculated post-shipment, with differences refunded to your CNSnap account.
Step 8: Consolidation & Shipment
- Items are consolidated, packed, reinforced, weighed, and shipped.
- TIPS: Track parcels in “My CNSnap” – “Parcels.”
Step 9: Delivery & After-Sales
- Track progress until delivery. CNSnap cannot control third-party logistics or customs issues but will assist with updates and problem resolution.
- After receiving the parcel, confirm delivery in “My CNSnap” – “Parcels.” Apply for after-sales service if needed.
TIPS: Leave a review to earn credits, which can deduct future international shipping fees.
