How to track my package?

After a package is shipped internationally, tracking number and shipping status are shown in Account Packages.

Open Account Packages to see package status, shipping channel, tracking number and shipment time. Tracking may take time to update after dispatch. If tracking stops or shows an exception, open a support ticket with the package number and tracking number.
