Apart from the item cost and international shipping fee, and customs charges, CNSnap require no handling fees. (Users can choose to buy value-added service according to their own needs.)
The total cost of Shopping Agent service= Item cost +International shipping fee+ Customs charges
Item costs = Product price+ Domestic shipping fee (from the seller to CNSnap warehouse)
International shipping fee: Calculated according to weight, shipping method, and destination
Customs charges: Customs declaration cost for a parcel is generally RMB 8.00 (Depending on the shipping method).
Additionally, orders for second-hand shopping agent involve more complicated procedures and after-sales follow-up, hence a service fee will be applied.(1) For orders from platforms such as Xianyu, Paipai, Zhuanzhuan, etc., a flat service fee of 20 CNY per order will be charged.
(2) For orders from Kongfz Old Books Network and other second-hand platforms, a service fee of 10% of the order amount will be charged (min 10 CNY, max 20 CNY).
Furthermore, as some second-hand shopping agent platforms currently do not support automatic order processing, except for Xianyu, Zhuanzhuan, and Paipai platforms, consulting services related to second-hand orders will be charged according to the Expert Sourcing service fee structure (10% of the paid order amount, min 20 CNY, maxi 300 CNY).
