Storage Period Explanation
Currently, CNSnap provides a storage period of 180 days (approximately 6 months) for all normal inbound items for purchasing and forwarding. The period is calculated from the order status "Arrived in Warehouse." The first 90 days are free of charge; if the actual storage time exceeds 90 days (i.e., 90 days < actual storage time ≤ 180 days), the system will charge a storage fee of 0.1 yuan per DI per day when you submit your package. Items that have not had a shipping order submitted or any feedback after exceeding 180 days will be disposed of by CNSnap.
Example: If you have 2 DI items stored for 100 days, the storage fee will be calculated as (100-90) * 0.1 * 2 = 2 yuan.
Extended Storage Period Explanation
If your items are close to the 180-day storage period and you wish to continue storing them, you can choose to purchase the "Extended Storage Period" service (10 yuan/month, with a maximum extension of 6 months per purchase) to avoid disposal of items due to exceeding the storage duration. Abnormal Package Free Storage Period Explanation
Abnormal packages (i.e., packages that have been signed for but without an order submitted or incomplete logistics information) have a storage duration of 60 days. The period is calculated from the warehouse's receipt of the abnormal package. If there is no feedback received after 60 days, CNSnap will consider the items abandoned and may dispose of them.
Due to the nature of such packages lacking relevant order and user information, reminders cannot be issued.
Supplementary Notes
1. During the storage period, CNSnap is responsible for the storage of items and bears corresponding responsibilities; however, the shelf life of goods is not covered (e.g., perishable items with a shelf life of only 1 month).
2. The period is calculated from the order status "Arrived in Warehouse." The system will send emails to gently remind users to submit their package shipping order before the free storage period ends and before items are about to exceed their storage duration (abnormal packages excluded).
3. Items processed for exceeding the storage duration will no longer receive any reminders or notifications.
To avoid item disposal, please submit your package shipping order in a timely manner within the valid storage period. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
