CNSnap – Parcel Forwarding Service Guide
Step 1: Submit Item Information for Review
If you have prepared items/parcels, enter their name and type to submit a forwarding request.
For purchases from Chinese B2C platforms, paste the item link into the form.
Taobao users can use the CNSnap app for quick authorization, purchase, and forwarding, with service guarantees.
Tips: Select “CNSnap Shenzhen Warehouse” for shipments from China; “CNSnap Hong Kong Warehouse” for shipments from Hong Kong.
Step 2: Await Review
Item information is reviewed within 1 business day, with results notified via inbox message.
Tips: Each user address has a unique identification number for parcel tracking. Warehouse addresses are available under “Check CNSnap Warehouse Addresses” in “Parcel Forwarding”.
Step 3: Ship Parcel and Complete Logistics Information
After approval, ship the parcel to the selected warehouse within 15 business days and complete online logistics information before expiration.
Tips: Order status updates to “Shipped” after logistics submission, with options to modify or check details.
Step 4: CNSnap Quality Inspection and Warehousing
Items are weighed, inspected, and stored in “My CNSnap” > “My Warehouse”.
Tips: Basic inspection (quantity/name) is conducted; professional inspection with 3 photos is provided upon request.
Next Steps
Ship stored items overseas (Steps 5–8).
Consolidate multiple items (repeat Steps 1–4, then 5–8).
Tips: 90-day free storage; consolidate parcels to save shipping fees.
International Delivery Service
Delivers to 82+ countries/regions via designated third-party logistics.
CNSnap assists with issues but cannot control delivery time, restrictions, or customs taxes.
Steps 5–8: Submit for Delivery
5. Select items in “My Warehouse”, fill delivery details, and choose
recommended shipping methods. Additional services (e.g., package reinforcement, insurance) are available via remarks.
6. Pay international shipping deposit and customs fees (calculated by estimated weight, method, and destination; final fee adjusts based on verified size/weight).
7. CNSnap consolidates, packs, reinforces, weighs, and ships items. Track via “User Center” > “My Parcel”.
8. Confirm delivery in “My Parcel” and apply for after-sales service if needed.
Tips: Complete reviews to earn credits for shipping fee deductions.
